Not to have a Bath? Bath will use too much water?
Here are some little tips.
The salt specially epsom salt(?) can help draw toxins out from pores of your skin.
Soak yourself in warm bath with beautiful scents of aroma help you relax and make blood circulation works better.
But yes, I can understand we can't be bothered to have a bath when weather is getting warmer.
What you need
1 Sammy and Amy's Bath Soak
2 A kettle with hot water
3 A bucket
4 A towel
Fill warm water in 1/4 of bucket.
sprinkle about a cap size of bath soak in a bucket.
Sit down on couch and soak feet in.
keep kettle and towel next to you as you might add warm water bit later.
relax for about 10mins.
You will see the difference!
You can use this water for laundry next day.
(You might wonder how Japanese use those water in bath every day. We reuse for laundry. Dirty? We rinse our body before jump in to bath and laundry will have rinse cycle so it all clean!)
Not use clothes dryer, dry under the sun is best cleaning to kills bacteria in our clothes after wash and save energy.
